Utah Code § 75-7-103(1)(k)

Governs: Defines “settlor.” A settlor is a person, including a testator, who creates or contributes property to a trust. If more than one person creates or contributes property to a trust, each is a settlor as to the portion of the trust attributable to that person’s contribution, unless another person holds the power to revoke or withdraw that portion
