Benjamin G. Larsen has been practicing law since 2010, with a primary focus on family law, including divorce, custody, and parentage disputes. He is an equity partner at Kaufman, Nichols & Kaufman, where he represents clients in complex litigation matters and trial proceedings.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Larsen has spent thousands of hours in the courtroom and is known for his strong advocacy and willingness to take cases to trial when necessary. In addition to family law, his experience includes personal injury and criminal defense.
Before joining his current firm, he practiced at Cordell & Cordell, a national domestic litigation firm, where he focused on high-conflict family law matters.
Mr. Larsen earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in history, with a minor in music, from Brigham Young University–Idaho. He is admitted to practice in all Utah state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
A former president of the Weber County Bar Association, Mr. Larsen remains active in the Utah State Bar and its Family Law Section.
